Woke up to the news on Christmas Day
That George Michael had passed
So many enjoy the gifts of his artistic musicality
And yet his fame and fortune
Did not innoculate him from a life of challenges and difficulties

This brings to mind this useful tip I just heard:
Set your alarm to go off on the hour
And when it strikes..
Take stock of where your mind is and recentre...
