After my last painting, I swung my tail over to the opposite side of the street and did this scene. All was calm and the beauty of the fall colors stretched before me except for the buzz of passerby cars! May I ask you all for suggestions for naming this painting ? Right now, it's just "FALL". Thank you for your help...

DANCING FALL COLORSPainted this by the side of the road: my tail nearly got run over a few times but it was where I could get the best view of the Fall colors.
On the same day I did the last painting, I did a closer up look of the fall colors just coming in....no faking of light here, I just let the grey sky be.
This is a painting I did just as the colors were turning in September. It was a cold, dreary, grey day. I was not that inspired to do the scene but decided to do so anyways but faking the light. I know, I know, faking is for studio work but I wanted to imagine the sun streaming through to hit me with some warmth on my being at that moment....
The grapefruits have really been good of late: juicy, tart and seems to do something for your thirst that water alone doesn't always seem to. ..
 Oil on 11'x14 canvas board.
I felt like Goldilocks discovering a house nestled in the woods. 
View from the lake. I had to paint this in 2 separate sessions, again because the wind got the better of me.
