An instantaneous way to feel better if you're feeling a little down, flustered, out-of-sorts, directionless...

Looking around may give you more facts & confirmation of what your monkey mind is saying...
Looking down shrouds you with a feeling of doubt, turmoil, sense of futilty
But looking up clears your mind ...
Paves the way for expanded thoughts of possibilities, renewed strength and hope
