When you Mothers held off satisfying that hunger pang of yours
Cos you were feeding your child first
For all the times when you were about to fall asleep for the night
Your child awakens and wants to be held
For all the times when you thought bathroom time was solitary time
Your little ones walk in to shatter the notion of privacy
For all the times when you thought you could not handle any any more laundry
You change yet another soiled cloth diaper
And then for all the times when you sat up to wait up for your child
After you taught them to drive
Then comes a time when they become little adults
And you can discuss affairs of the world and of the heart with them..
You realised what a heck of a jouney that is
Made all worthwhile for another friend you'll gain....
