Usually much prefer to paint standing…
But had to take shelter from the strong winds…
Didn’t see a painting in this scene at first..
But then saw the dancing shadows on the ground…
Surreal that I experience so much peace while painting this…
While knowing there is so much suffering and destruction in another place like Ukraine…
May this bubble of peace I am fortunate to be enveloped in…
Grow larger and larger to drape over our entire globe of humanity…
May there be quietitude…
May there be loving kindness…
May we see each other as part of the same fabric of life…
May love prevail ☀️🌈🙏🏽💙💛🌻
