A PLEIN AIR PAINTER'S PRAYER
Thank you for the rain, dear God: it beckons nature to wake up from the loooonnnng wintry sleep ( a bit too long if I may say so) but I do have a humble request: do u think u can let the rain fall at night when I am asleep for during the day, I am all excited to go out and capture nature's beauty and it is a bit cumbersome to have to set up an umbrella to do so.
And while I am here on this topic, when u make the sun shine as You do so beautifully, can You make it diffused light as it is very hard on a painters' eyes and I don't want to get premature crow's feet from too much squinting. It's just a girl's thang, ...
I understand You will have other children who will ask You for bright, bright sunshine for them to sit under in thier cute bikinis but I am also one of Your favourite children, even if I may not look as cute in a bikini, so all I ask and to be fair, to my fellow brothers and sisters, to have some days, not all, with diffused sunlight. :)
Meantime, thank you God for giving us this beautiful earth for us to sing and dance in.
