Laura picked up yoga 4 years ago
And is now an instructor herself..
With 12-14 other instructors in one studio
Offering all kinds of yoga
From hatha, vinyasa to restorative..
I marvel that she's quite a new yogi
But already sharing with the world what she so loves...
I liked this particular angle of the gazebo
Which meant standing nearby to a fairly busy road intersection
I got a few passing cars' feedbacks on my painting.. lol
One lady yelled out to me for a card
Which I had to rush to her before the lights changed...
Sorry I didn't get your name
And Thank You for your lovely smile... ^_^
So much for a quiet day under the shade in the park
I loved and felt blessed with all the interactions I had.. ^_^
ENJOY A HEARTFUL DAY ON THIS SUNDAY, dear firends!! xoxo
Acrylic on 24"x36"
I still love that song.. you know the one I mean..
" I like to be under the sea.....
We would be warm below the storm
In our little hideaway beneath the waves
Resting our head on the sea bed
We would shout and swim about
The coral that lies beneath the waves
Oh what joy for every girl and boy
Knowing they're happy and they're safe..."
Oh oh.. now I can't get this song out of my head! lol
'ENJOY A SWIMMINGLY, BEAUTIFUL TUESDAY, dear friends! xoxo
Chateau de Bonaguil, Fumel
Saw this beautiful vivid red and black striped bug
While gazing at the artichoke plants
It didn't emit any of that stinky odor
That it can produce from a gland in its abdomen
It won the Bug of the year in 2000..
Must be like a Ms Universe contest in the Bug world.. lol
Sarlat la Caneda Market Day
Saw an illustrator/artist from England
Sketching on the curbside...
Look at his awesome sketches!!
Abbaye de Saint Nicholas de Blasimon
Built between 9th & 14th century
The monks abandoned it during the War of Religions..
I can almost hear the swishing sounds of the monks' robes..
Maybe that's just the sound of my own skirt..
Brushing against my bag... lol
